Acapulco, - MEXICO : A cliff diver jumps from "La Quebrada" cliff in Acapulco, Mexico, on September 30th, 2007. The tradition of "La Quebrada" goes back to 1934, when two neighbours of Acapulco challenged themselves to demonstrate their courage and decided to measure their forces by throwing themselves to the sea from the stop of a cliff. The rivalry between those two men ended first in a reckless spectacle, and later in a form of earning a living. The myth of "La Quebrada" was born, and today it is almost a religion for its followers.
